The Galleria was an area that had stores in it. It was possible this place was called "Star Mall" back in OLD AGA. The stores that you can currently go to are the Zoom Factory, Harajuku Threads, Star Pets, and Beauty and Bliss. The Galleria and Promenade were very similar.
